Pegine (Peg-een) Echevarria, MSW, CSP is CEO of Team Pegine Inc. (TPI), is a leadership development company named #3 of the 2013 50 Fastest Growing Privately Held companies in North Florida, they work with government and corporate clients to engage, train and market to women and diverse communities worldwide. Her company’s expertise is providing scalable, strategic systems, coaching, events and programs to increase leadership and sales among women, Latinas & multicultural leadership groups. TPI produces large live simulation events for cultural negotiation using role players for the military. They received the rarely given CPARS (contract performance assessment reporting system) rating of exceptional by the DoD. The rating is given for contracts over one million dollars.

Pegine coaches female politicians, multimillionaires & corp. exec. who want to be on corporate boards, female entrepreneurs – including network marketing female leaders. Pegine’s coaching model uses professional role players to create scenarios so women can practice their new skills.

Pegine is on the board of the National Speakers Association and represents the association on the Global Federation of Speakers. She is one of 712 Certified Speaking Professional’s worldwide which is awarded after a rigorous audit for expertise, eloquence, enterprise and ethics.

One of the schools Pegine graduated from is the prestigious school of Hard Knocks. As a teen she was a member of Bronx girls’ gang, at 17 she decided to change her life. She went to Spain on her own, where she opened and sold two businesses at a profit before the age of 23.
