Jen Mahone serves as the Manager of Inclusion Practices for CDW, a leading provider of technology products and services for business, government and education.
Jen Responsible for driving the diversity and inclusion strategy across CDW’s enterprise wide. Jen partners closely with business leaders, and key stakeholders to integrate key D&I strategies into the organization’s culture; which includes leadership development, cultural change initiatives, talent management, outreach activities, and management capability through diversity-focused education and training.
Jen is also responsible for identifying and leveraging synergies across the business units, ensuring each client group has a D&I plan that aligns with the overall CDW Diversity & Inclusion strategy and that it is integrated with the culture of the business. Her responsibilities also include assessment and addressing of specific needs and differences, creating awareness and ensuring implementation of the D&I plans with business leaders to build, lead and execute the D&I strategic framework for nine (9) Business Resource Groups to ensure they are in alignment with the overall corporate-wide strategy.
Jen has over fifteen years of leadership experience and joined the CDW team in 2007. Prior to joining the CDW ranks Jen spent several years as the Development Director for The Kenosha Community Health Center. Jen is also the CEO of Authentic Cosmetics.
Jen is a Certified Diversity Executive and a Certified Instructor for Novation’s’ Managing Inclusion and serves as the Scholarship Chair for the Marylou & Arthur F. Mahone Foundation where she oversees the Mahone Career Exploration Organization Youth Scholars Award.
