Dr. Pamela Johnson, LPC, CMC

Dr. Pamela Johnson is a skilled and licensed professional with more than 20 years of experience as a corporate internal consultant, adult learning educator, and corporate external consultant, Executive Coach and program developer.
As a corporate internal consultant, Dr. Johnson has successfully facilitated the administration of the learning and development programs for owners and executives of associate organizations of AT&T, for over 10 years.
As an adult learning educator for over 12 years, she is a University Professor teaching masters-level courses in leadership, multiculturalism, counseling, career development, human behavior, and business management. She has trained and coached thousands of individuals on executive and leadership skill development, cultural and gender issues, and career and professional development. She is the author of “Everyone is Multicultural: Bridging Cultural Influences for Leadership Success (2006).”
As an external organizational consultant and training program developer, Dr. Johnson is President of Nia Consulting and Development. For 15 years, she has provided corporate program consulting and training in the areas of coaching, diversity, and leadership program development.
She has helped many company owners, executives, managers, employees, and vendors. She specializes in Multiculturalism, Internal Coaching and Coaching Program Development, and Leadership Program Development.
Dr. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications, a Masters of Arts Degree in Human Behavior and Business, a Masters of Science Degree in Counseling and Guidance, and a Doctorate Degree of Education, majoring in Counseling and Guidance with a minor in Business Management. She is a Certified Dispute Mediator, a Licensed Professional Counselor by the State of Texas, and National Certified Counselor.
She is also a Certified Master Coach, and a Licensed Facilitator of the Certified Manager/Leader Coach Training Program from the Behavioral Coaching Institute. She is a graduate of Dallas Blue Print for Leadership, Leadership Garland, and has served as Chairman of the Board for AIDS Arms, Inc., and The North Central Texas Health Facilities Development Corporation. She is currently serving on the Board of Directors for Gift for Life Foundation and is a 2007 Examiner for the Texas Award for Performance Excellence.
