On August 9, 2016, the Colorado Diversity Council, in partnership with Level 3 Communications, hosted the 2016 Diversity Boot Camp at the University of Denver in Denver, Colorado. The theme of this year’s camp was “Unconscious Bias.”

“We are extremely proud of the work that is being done with our diversity boot camp series,” said Dennis Kennedy, Founder and Chair of National Diversity Council. “This type of event is a great way to create the dialogue necessary to improve diversity in the workplace.

The half-day event featured multiple business leaders from various organizations discussing changes in the prevailing theories and practices in diversity, leadership, strategy and inclusion. All attendees had the opportunity to learn about domestic and global diversity best practices and cutting edge initiatives.

The Colorado Diversity Council would like to thank all the sponsors, speakers and attendees for helping to make this event a success.
