The Colorado Diversity Council Hosts 2016 Colorado Diversity Boot Camp
Denver, CO – The Colorado Diversity Council, in partnership with Level 3 Communications, will host the 2016 Colorado Diversity Boot Camp on August 9 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The theme of this year’s boot camp is “Unconscious Bias.”
“This boot camp offers a great starting point to improving diversity and inclusion in the workplace,” said Dennis Kennedy, Founder and Chair of National Diversity Council. “Participants will have the opportunity to enhance their knowledge of diversity best practices and, in turn, contribute to the growth of their own organizations.”
Marion McPherson, Expert Practitioner at North Highland Worldwide Consulting, will lead attendees in discussing topics that encourage diversity and inclusion in the workplace. The boot camp will explore the changes in the prevailing theories and practices in diversity and inclusion leadership, strategy and inclusion.
