Growth Strategy
Currently, the National Diversity Council is made up of eight state councils: California, Florida, Michigan, Georgia, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas and the Tri-State (CT, NJ and NY). In 2010, councils will be formed in Washington, Maryland, Colorado, Louisiana, Virginia, North and South Carolina.
Our goal is to launch 4 councils every six months. These councils will be either state or regional councils. Creating a council requires both financial and time commitment from corporations or individuals who view diversity and inclusion as a business imperative.
