Growth Strategy
Currently, the National Diversity Council is made up of three state councils: California, Florida and Texas. Texas was the first council started in 2004 and is the most mature.
Our goal is to launch 4 councils every six months. These councils will be either state or regional councils. Creating a council requires both financial and time commitment from corporations or individuals who view diversity and inclusion as a business imperative.
