Growth Strategy
Currently, the National Diversity Council is made up of eight state councils: California, Florida, Michigan, Georgia, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas
and the Tri-State (CT, NJ and NY).
In 2012, the following councils will be formed in these states: Arizona, DMV (Washington D.C., Maryland, Virginia) Washington State, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Illinois. Our goal is to have all fifty states covered under the Nation Diversity Council within the next four years (by the end of 2015). Creating a council requires both financial and time commitment from corporations and individuals who view diversity and inclusion as a business imperative.
