The DiversityFIRST Scorecard is a proprietary strategic planning and management system used to align diversity and inclusion to the vision and strategy of the organization, improve utilization of diversity in: People, Supplier Diversity and Corporate Social Responsibility and monitor organizational performance against strategic goals.

The DiversityFIRST Scorecard is based on a solid approach (not only a measurement system) that provides organizations with the tools and processes they need to clarify their diversity vision and strategy and translate them into action. It provides detailed qualitative and quantitative feedback around both the internal business processes and external outcomes in order to continuously improve an organization's approach to diversity and inclusion in People, Corporate Social Responsibility and Supplier Diversity. When fully implemented the DiversityFIRST Scorecard transforms diversity planning from a focus on activities to a focus on sustainable results.
