Lesleigh Robertson

Lesleigh Robertson, SPHR, is the Human Resources Manager of Luby’s Fuddruckers Restaurants, LLC. She is responsible for providing strategic leadership training, guidance and supervision to Senior Leadership on employment matters, employee relationships, compensation and incentive administration, recruitment and retention as well as developing and leading diversity initiatives. Lesleigh recently was appointed as a member of a strategic passing point focus study with the Human Resources Certification Institute at SHRM and was recognized by the HR Content Manager as subject matter expert in several areas of HR.

Robertson has more than 14 years of experience in the Human Resources field and has worked in various industries that include Engineering, Finance, Technology, Higher Education and currently Restaurant and Hospitality Industry.

She is an active member of the Texas Diversity Council- Houston Chapter, and is an Advisory Board Member of the Gulf Coast Diversity Council, National Diversity Council. Her efforts with the council include serving as Chair for the Most Powerful & Influential Women of Texas as well as the 2009 DiversityFIRSTâ„¢ Luncheon as well a serving in multiple capacities as a moderator and announcer for various events. Other memberships include, SHRM, HR Houston, Houston Compensation Association, World at Work and the National Restaurant Association.

A native of New Orleans, Louisiana, Robertson grew up in Houston Texas and is a graduate from the University of Houston with a degree in Communications. Lesleigh is a certified Trainer of the Leadership Management Institute via Dixon Motivational Management and is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Lesleigh currently resides in Houston, Texas with her beautiful daughter Karleigh.
