A California native, Angela joined Bluegreen Corporation in 2008 as President of Resort Title Agency, Inc. the wholly owned subsidiary title company of Bluegreen Corporation. Headquartered in Boca Raton,
Florida, Bluegreen Corporation is the leader of Colorful Places to Live and Play® through its vacation
ownership resort and residential real estate businesses. In her role as President of Resort Title Agency,
Inc. Angela oversees the day to day and strategic operations related to the title closings for vacation
ownership and real estate transactions conducted by Bluegreen Corporation in over a dozen states and
three countries. Angela plays an active and strategic role Charitable Giving and Diversity and Inclusion
committee’s of Bluegreen Corporation.

Prior to joining Bluegreen Mrs. Ward utilized her California law license to practice family law in Sacramento,
California until she entered the vacation ownership industry beginning in 1999 in Honolulu, Hawaii with
Hilton Grand Vacations Company (the vacation ownership arm of Hilton Hotels). During her tenure
at Hilton Mrs. Ward held various management positions from Manager of Contracts Administration
responsible for the opening Hilton’s first Hawaiian vacation ownership operations to Sr. Director and
Counsel where she managed employment and union related matters in Hilton’s vacation ownership
headquarters in Orlando, Florida.

Mrs. Ward is an active member of Women in the Industry (WIN) an industry organization that advocates,
educates and connects women in the Vacation Industry and severs as an advisory board member for the
Florida Diversity Council, member of Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce Leadership Fort
Lauderdale Class 17 and former Board member of the Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida.

In addition to her J.D. Mrs. Ward holds a B.B.A and is a licensed title agent in 5 states. Mrs. Ward resides
with her husband Jeff and their daughter Gianna in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
