Chief Diversity Officer
Gail Beatrice Williams is the Chief Diversity Officer at Hodges University, in Naples, FL.
Prior to becoming the Chief Diversity Officer, Gail was the Director of Student Accounts.
She was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland; mother of three sons, and grandmother of one granddaughter and four grandsons.

In addition, to her duties as Chief Diversity Officer, Gail is a member and serves on the Hodges Planning Council; the Retention Committee; the Student Service Committee; the Orientation Committee; and the student Successful Start Committee.
Gail has served as an active member of the Hodges University Diversity Committee since its conception in 2005. In 2008 and 2009, Gail was the Co-Chair of the Diversity Committee and the Annual Diversity Festival. Gail served as Chairperson for both the Diversity Committee and the 2011 Diversity Festival.
Gail became the Chief Diversity Officer in the fall of 2011.
Gail serves on the Board of the Florida Diversity Council; and is President of the SW Florida Chapter.
On February 2, Gail was the receiptant of the 2012 Face Award in Education.
The award was presented by D’latinos Magazine and the GulfShore Business Magazine.
