Vice President, Administrative Services
Jenny Greminger joined State Farm® in 1991 as a drafting technician in building design and construction in Bloomington, IL. She moved to the Ohio Regional office as a construction specialist in 1994 and began her leadership career there as a first line supervisor. She was promoted to assistant Administrative Services manager in the Indiana Regional Office in 1997. In 2001, she was promoted to the Administrative Services manager in the North Texas office and later that year, became the Texas Zone Administrative Services manager.
Jenny returned to Bloomington in 2003 as an Administrative Services consultant. In 2004, she was promoted to director – ISC in Enterprise Services and relocated to ISC West in Phoenix, AZ. In 2008, Jenny transferred to the Great Western Zone as a leadership development associate in Auto Underwriting. After serving as an Auto underwriter for 10 months, she moved to the Auto Underwriting section manager role. In 2011, she was promoted to AVP – Administrative Services and served in that role until October 2013, where she became a Leadership Enterprise Development Associate (LEDA). Jenny was named vice president operations – Administrative Services in January 2014.
She assumed the role of vice president – Administrative Services in 2015.
Jenny received a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Iowa State University, and a Master of Business Administration from Purdue University.
She earned the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation in 2012, the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation in 1999, and the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) in 2000.
