As Human Resources Director for Global Business Services within UPS, Denise is responsible for planning, designing, and implementing human capital-related initiatives that support strategic goals within the organization.
Denise previously served as Global Workforce Diversity & Inclusion Director having global responsibility for workforce diversity and inclusion strategies and programs for UPS.In this role, Denise was focused on creating and executing programs that strengthened workforce diversity and promoted an inclusive culture.
Her passion and energy for making a difference in the lives of UPS employees has been demonstrated in her leadership to successfully expand Business Resource Groups across the organization. These groups unite UPS employees globally by providing development opportunities and ways to make a positive impact in the communities in which they work, live and volunteer.
Denise advanced through a number of assignments within Human Resources during her 25 years with UPS including roles in Communications, Health & Safety, Workforce Planning, Learning & Development and Benefits. She held various positions in domestic small package operations, Information Services and at The UPS Stores, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of UPS, the world’s largest franchisor of retail shipping, postal, document and business service centers.
Denise holds a Bachelor’s degree from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, New York. She currently serves on the board of the National Diversity Council.
