The Ohio Diversity Council Teaches the Value of Differences at the 2016 Toledo Multicultural Leadership Roundtable

Toledo, OH – On September 7, 2016 the Ohio Diversity Council will host the 2016 Multicultural Leadership Roundtable at the Toledo Museum of Art. This half-day event brings together a diverse group of executives to speak about their experiences as individuals of color in the workplace. The theme of this year’s event is “Valuing Differences.”

“The Multicultural Leadership Roundtable provides a great platform for minority executives to share their experiences with fellow business leaders,” said Dennis Kennedy, founder and chairman of the National Diversity Council. “Our speakers deliver forward thinking messages that inspire all of us to continue striving for success.”

The roundtable will begin with registration, breakfast, and networking at 8:00 a.m. Our featured group of panelists will lead discussions covering topics such as “Overcoming Perceptions & Stereotypes,” “Interplay of Personal & Professional Success,” and “Developing Political Savvy.” Attendees will have the opportunity to share their thoughts following the presentations of each topic.

Registration for the 2016 Toledo Multicultural Leadership Roundtable is ongoing and can be completed at www.ohiodiversitycouncil.org/register. For more information, please contact Kelsea Haught at kelsea.haught@nationaldiversitycouncil.org
